If you have food intolerances or eat a whole-food plant-based diet for health, you will know just how hard it is to find desserts that both taste fabulous whilst making sure you don't leave with regrets!

This impressive tart is packed full of healthful whole plant ingredients that look and taste wonderful.

It can be made:

* gluten free

*nut free

*soya free

and is free from refined saturated fats (ie: no coconut or palm oil in sight!)

In this lesson you will make a rich pastry case, baked seasonal fruits and create a tasty plant-based cream filling - either a soya based cream or plant-based creme patissiere. Then we will bring it all together to create this beautiful dessert.

The class will last 1.5 hours and is held live on zoom. There will be plenty of time for questions and interaction with other participants plus one to one guidance if you need it as we go along.
