You could just switch to a plant-based diet over-night. And many people do. But what if you're not ready for it, or rather your body needs a little time to adapt? You can end up feeling lost or unwell - and feeling like you've failed or that plant-based eating is not for you.

Each day you will get a video with a little bit of information, sometimes a task and a link to a recipe to try. That's it!
Follow the instructions in the video and you'll start making small changes - either to your mindset or the what you eat. By the end of 7 days, those little changes will make a big difference.
You don't have to start on January 1st either. Just start when you're ready at some time during the month. It's all up to you.
